My Path Into AI
I don't have a CS degree or a traditional tech background. What I have is 7+ years in high-accountability operations β human services, onboarding, compliance β where documentation quality and process clarity aren't optional, they're everything.
When AI tools emerged, I didn't just use them β I studied them. I built GPTs, designed workflows, created systems. I founded FBSM (Finesse Business Solutions & Management) as my LLC, launched StrataForge Labs as my GPT product line, and created Saturday Smile as a wellness brand with both digital and physical products.
Now I'm looking for my first official tech role β somewhere I can bring my execution speed, operations discipline, and genuine obsession with AI to a team that values builders.
Custom GPTs I've Built
No-nonsense AI for contracts β draft, review, simplify, and protect user interests. Handles high-stakes legal language with appropriate guardrails.
Wellness companion for self-reflection and emotional check-ins. Supportive without overstepping β careful safety boundaries built in. Productized with companion journals.
Built for children β guides them to solutions without giving answers. Pedagogical prompting with age-appropriate guardrails.
A patient AI tutor offering daily lessons, quizzes, and real-world AI tasks. Structured learning flow with progress tracking.
What I Actually Build
Problem: Small business owners struggle to read, write, and understand contracts.
What I built: A custom GPT that drafts, rewrites, and explains contracts in plain English,
with structured prompts to keep outputs clear and practical.
Impact: Helps reduce contract turnaround time and anxiety around legal language for non-lawyers.
Problem: People want to do shadow work, but don't know what questions to ask or how to structure it safely.
What I built: A gentle, structured GPT that creates personalized reflection prompts, helps users unpack patterns,
and keeps the tone supportiveβnot preachy.
Impact: Used by early testers as part of the Saturday Smile ecosystem to support regular self-reflection
and emotional processing.
Problem: Beginners interested in AI and tech don't know where to start or how to build a realistic transition plan.
What I built: A GPT "mentor" that asks about a user's background and goals, then generates tailored learning paths,
resource lists, and 60β90 day action plans.
Impact: Helps users turn "I want to get into AI" into specific, staged steps with clear next actions.
Problem: Creative entrepreneurs want self-care and content systems, but get overwhelmed managing ideas, workflows,
and emotional energy.
What I built: A connected ecosystem of journals, GPT assistants, and Notion dashboards that organizes ideas,
tracks content, and supports emotional wellness in one place.
Impact: Creates a reusable blueprint for future products, reduces decision fatigue, and keeps projects moving
instead of staying in "someday" mode.

How AI Fits Into My Work Style
- I turn manual, messy processes into small, testable AI-powered workflows.
- I document what I build so other people can use it without needing me in the room.
- I care about tone and safety, especially when tools touch mental health, reflection, or identity.
- I'm comfortable starting scrappy, iterating fast, and learning my way into more advanced automation.
- I bridge operations thinking (what actually happens day-to-day) with AI implementation.
What I'm Looking For
Remote-friendly roles where I can apply my AI building, documentation, and operations skills β especially in prompt engineering, AI operations, LLM QA, or AI training data.
